"Be the change you want to see in the world." -Mohandas Karamchand Ghandi
The World Youth Initiative teaches young leaders about philanthropy by giving them the opportunity to become philanthropists. By working with a Regional Branch Manager or becoming one in an unrepresented region, volunteers learn practical skills of business, leadership, management, public speaking, organization, and philanthropy. The best form of learning is experiential, and there is nothing more experiential then starting your own fundraising project.
Make a Connection
With a truly global community at the World Youth Initiative, volunteers gain the opportunity to meet and connect with like-minded individuals. Musicians meet musicians, artists meet artists, all under the umbrella of charity.
All great charities begin with an idea and end with lives made better. This seemingly simple task requires financial support, consulting, and advertisement. A brilliant idea on its own cannot stand without good execution. Therefore, The World Youth Initiative offers individuals that desire to organize fundraising projects financial support in exchange for a full compensation after the fundraising event has taken place. Furthermore, volunteers will have full access to all fellow Regional Branch Managers and volunteers that can offer free consulting. Their years of experience in charity-work are a pivotal asset to any aspiring philanthropist. Lastly, advertisement opportunities are made available due to our strong partnership with The Luce Foundation. With access to over $150,000 worth of Public Relations and Media tools, any World Youth Initiative fundraising project will be known to the world.
